Earteknik Hearing Devices Industry and Trade Inc. takes the highest level of security measures to ensure that your personal data is collected, stored, and shared in compliance with the law, and to protect your privacy.

In accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“Law No. 6698”), your personal data may be collected and processed by Earteknik Hearing Devices Industry and Trade Inc., acting as the data controller, within the scope described below.

b) Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Your collected personal data may be processed for the following purposes:

• Ensuring the legal, technical, and commercial security of the Company and related parties
• Planning and executing activities necessary to customize, recommend, and promote the Company’s products and services according to users’ preferences, usage habits, and needs
• Carrying out the necessary work by our business units to enable individuals to benefit from our products and services
• Planning and executing the Company’s commercial and business strategies
• Conducting business processes related to the Company’s commercial activities
• Planning and implementing the Company’s human resources policies

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698.

c) Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be shared, within the limits of the purposes stated above, with:

• Authorized dealers, business partners, suppliers, shareholders, and affiliates
• Legally authorized public institutions and private entities

Such transfers are carried out in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of Law No. 6698 and limited to the purposes defined in the Company’s policy.

ç) Method and Legal Basis for Data Collection

Your personal data is collected through various channels and legal bases for the purpose of improving our products and services and conducting our commercial activities.

Data may be collected via:

• Website and mobile application forms
• Physical environments

Collected data may also be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in sections (b) and (c), in compliance with Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698.

d) Rights of the Data Subject (Article 11 of Law No. 6698)

As a data subject, you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed
• Request information regarding processed data
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used appropriately
• Know the third parties to whom data is transferred (domestically or abroad)
• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data and notification to third parties
• Request deletion or destruction of personal data and notification to third parties
• Object to outcomes arising from automated data processing
• Request compensation for damages due to unlawful data processing

You may submit your requests through the methods specified in the Company’s policy available at www.eartechnic.com.

Earteknik will finalize requests as soon as possible and within a maximum of 30 days. If the process incurs a cost, a fee determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
